Explain how the Treaty of Versailles affected Germany at the end of WW I?

-->it affected Germany because it made them agree to take full responsibility for the causing of the war and was to make reparations to certain countries that had formed allies during the war.the four nations that were excluded from the negotiations were Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Russia.

Why do you think historians say this?

--> i think that they say this because there was a lot of problems and that a lot of contributions and more people came into power especially after the great depression
